The thrust ball bearing belongs to the separation type bearing, which consists of a shaft ring (with the journal), a seat ring (with the bearing seat) and a set of steel and a cage. It can be easily fitted with the journal and bearing seat respectively during installation. The single direcion thrust ball bearing can withstand the axial load in a single direction and can be positioned in a single direction, but it must not bear any radial load. Single direction thrust ball bearings are divided into flat seat and aligning seat. Generally, the plane seat is not allowed to have Angle error, but in the support design, a gap of 0.5 ~ 1mm can be set aside between the outer diameter of the seat and the bearing seat mating surface to compensate. Reasoning ball bearings with aligning seats can also be used to compensate for Angle errors during installation, but aligning seats need to be ordered separately.
